- Home
Security – This policy is designed for the owner-occupied town
dwelling property. The dwelling, contents and appurtenant structures are rated
as a package, with the base rate applied to the dwelling coverage limit. The
base rate includes the dwelling, 50% additional for personal property
(contents), and 10% additional for other structures not attached to the
dwelling.
- Town
Selector – This policy is to be used for those risks in town that do
not qualify for our Home Security policy, including rental and non-owner
occupied dwellings.
- Farm
Security – A policy intended for risks outside of the city limits
which are owner occupied and include a dwelling. The base rate is figured
including the dwelling and 50% additional for personal property (contents).
Coverage for appurtenant structures must be scheduled for each building not
attached to the dwelling, but is not included with the base rate.
- Farm
Selector – To be used on those farms risks that do not qualify for our
Farm Security policy. All coverage under this policy will be written on an
Actual Cash Value basis.
